What does a hybrid ticket include?
The hybrid ticket includes your access to the in-person event, which will be held at the Montreal Convention Centre, as well as access to the virtual event platform called Swapcard. You will have the opportunity to attend the sessions of your choice in person and watch replays of those you missed on the virtual platform.
What does a virtual ticket include?
The virtual ticket includes only your access to the virtual event platform called Swapcard. You will have the opportunity to visit the virtual booths of our partners and connect with them via chat, watch videos in the on-demand video section, and attend the conferences and workshops in replay on the platform until a week after the event.
Are tickets transferable within my organization?
Tickets are not transferable. However, if you need to make changes, please email us at [email protected] with your contact information, and we will assist you in canceling your ticket and repurchasing a new one.
If I cannot attend at the last minute, can I convert my hybrid ticket to a virtual ticket?
You can change your access up to 48 hours before the event by contacting us at [email protected]. You will use your hybrid access when you log in to the virtual platform. We will refund the difference in the days following the event.
Can I use more than one discount code per purchase?
If you have a discount code, only one can be used per transaction.
